"I have been with State Farm since 1980. State Farm inspected my house a while back. Then Anna Rogers with State Farm said that I needed a new roof, but a licensed roofer had to do the job. I have experience in roofing several homes, and I can't afford to pay a roofing company, so I roofed my house. I sent the photos explaining that I roofed the house and I was switching insurance companies to Allstate (they are aware of me roofing my house) since Anna Rogers of State Farm wanted a roofing company to do the job. I learned that after all the stress, anguish, frustration, that Anna Rogers with State Farm put me through NOW she said that I had a option all along to do the roof myself, however Anna Rogers of State Farm didn't let me know that I had a choice. I tried in vain to contact Linda Brandon and she never returned my calls, emails during this fiasco. I'm am very upset with State Farm, It's caused my wife and I more anguish since we are seniors with previous medical conditions."

We can only convey what the underwriters tell us...it is a plus that after so long we finally got the approval of your roof being done by you, due to a dedicated team member who fought for you the whole time, who cared enough to make sure the right thing was done. "I've had State Farm since I was 18... over 20 years! When it finally came down to a minor issue, non-car accident. Zero help. Zero service. Take your money to someone that will help you. You are paying for it!"

"I found out that I had been billed for a vehicle that I never owned and never insured! When I found out about it, I contacted the Agent and no one could explain why it was insured, since I never owned it.. Then I was informed that it would be canceled and I should receive a refund within 2 weeks.Now I am still waiting for an The bottom line is no one has answers and I have no refund! answer! That was 10 weeks ago and I just contacted Linda Brandon's office to find out what was not going on! I still have no answers! And, no refund!"
